Our Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) Program is currently seeking a Part Time/Full Time mentor (21-30 hours per week for Part time and 35-40 hours per week for Full time) for our 21 Father Devalles Blvd, Fall River MA location. TM's work a Monday through Friday schedule with flexible hours between 11:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to meet the needs of the participants. 

TM's offer 1:1 structured strength based supportive services that address daily living, social and communication needs. The services include supporting, coaching and training the youth in age appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, functional skill-building, problem solving and conflict resolution.

Education and Experience:

  • Candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth.
  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a human services field from an accredited university and one year experience working with children/adolescents/transition age youth preferred, but not required.
  • Applicants must have a good driving records, have access to a reliable vehicle and proof of insurance.
